Legal Secretary – Central London - £27,000 - £30,000 DOE


A highly regarded Top 100 Law Firm that has been running for 150+ years are now looking to expand their Real Estate team with the addition of a Legal Secretary. The firm serves a diverse range of clients, including housing providers, private developers, and large-scale property projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support: filing, photocopying, and post management.
  • Assist with document formatting, title applications, and document processing.
  • Manage client communication, including phone calls and messages.
  • Help with billing, invoicing, and file management (both electronic and physical).
  • Provide cover and support to other secretaries when required.


Skills & Experience:

  • At least 12 months experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a typing speed of 50+ wpm.
  • Advanced MS Word skills; familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
