Legal Secretary , you’ll be the backbone of this legal team, ensuring that day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys playing a pivotal part in legal processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents with precision. Manage correspondence and maintain communication with clients and courts. Organise and maintain accurate legal files and records. Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage senior staff calendars. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Handle a personal caseload in specialised areas such as immigration, crime, or family law. Conduct legal research and draft basic legal advice when required.
