Robinson Talent Partners is looking for an organised and proactive Legal Secretary to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to our solicitors, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to both clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Document Management:

Prepare, format, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to firm standards. Scheduling and Coordination:

Manage attorney calendars by scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates, ensuring optimal time management. Client Interaction:

Serve as a point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and maintaining strong client relationships. Filing and Record Keeping:

Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring all documents are correctly filed and readily accessible. Research Assistance:

Conduct basic legal research and gather information needed for cases, supporting attorneys in case preparation. Billing Support:

Assist in the preparation of client invoices and track billable hours for attorneys. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a law firm. Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documents, and procedures. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite and legal management software. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
