Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Private Client Fee Earners. Managing diaries and arranging appointments. Preparing correspondence, reports, and other legal documents. Handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails. Dealing with client queries and requests. Managing billing and expenses. Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external parties. Required Skills and Experience:
Previous experience as a Private Client Legal Secretary in a law firm – minimum 2 years experience. Experience of Digital Dictation (BigHand) would be advantageous. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
