We are seeking a Legal Secretary to work in the Property Team at this professional law firm in their Truro office. Responsibilities

Dealing with commercial property matters. Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative service to the team. Producing accurate typing by means of digital dictation and other means. Managing diaries and routine client telephone enquiries. Performing general secretarial duties. Requirements

Typing speed of 65wpm. Solid legal secretarial experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on exceptional client care. Highly organized, accurate, proactive, and committed to meeting deadlines. Professional telephone manner and attention to detail. Previous experience in a law firm or commercial estate agency is an advantage.
