Organise and maintain up-to-date schedules, arrange meetings and reserve meeting rooms Billing & File Management:
Assist with billing, open and close files and ensure all file admin and compliance tasks are completed Client Support:
Handle new inquiries, reception duties and telephone inquiries in a professional manner, in line with the firm’s client care standards Administrative Tasks:
Manage daily filing, prepare mail and enclosures, photocopy and scan documents and provide meeting support Qualifications & Skills: Experience in a legal secretary role (ideally within family or private client law) Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in digital dictation, document production and diary management High level of confidentiality and professionalism Why Join?
