On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Legal Secretary to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. Duties & Responsibilities will include: Provide administrative support to fee earners in the private client department Prepare and draft legal documents, such as wills, lasting powers of attorney, and general correspondence Maintain and organise legal files and documents Schedule appointments and meetings Communicate with clients and other fee earners Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails Experience required for the role: Previous experience as a legal secretary or similar role preferred but not essential Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Discretion in handling confidential information This is a great opportunity for an experienced secretary to join an established law firm.
