- Previous experience handling a residential property caseload, with minimal supervision. Expertise in conducting title checks and raising enquiries. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with referrers. Responsibilities Run a caseload of residential conveyancing files from Instruction to Completion Deal with Freehold, Leasehold, Purchase, Sale, Transfer, and Re-Mortgage transactions Build and maintain strong relationships with all of our Clients Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and Solicitors Qualifications
- Education details Required Skills Previous experience handling a residential property caseload, with minimal supervision Expertise in conducting title checks and raising enquiries Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with referrers Preferred Skills Pay Range and Compensation Package
