The Opportunity: We have an opportunity for a Legal Team Administrator to join our New Build team which is based at our Norwich Office. This role is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly, growing and fast-paced law firm. About the Team: The New Build team is a specialist team dedicated to handling new build property transactions. The friendly and highly regarded team have vast experience and knowledge of working with developers and home buyers. Our team of new build property specialists advise buyers and developers on all aspects of new build property transactions, from managing plot sales, to the purchase of a new home. The team have particular experience in: Buying a New Build Home, Financial Gifts, Help to Buy Schemes and ISA's, Lifetime ISA's, Forces Loans, New Build Developer Incentives, New Build Legal Services for Developers, Shared Ownership of New Build Properties, and Stamp Duty Land Tax. The Role: This role will see the successful candidate undertaking the following key tasks: Taking ID documents and other documentation as and when required File opening (both electronic and paper, including conflict checking) Proofreading all typed communications to ensure that it is accurate and correctly presented Providing general administrative and clerical support as required The Candidate: The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks and have a good attention to detail. They should be a team-player who can quickly gain the trust of their team and clients as well as our professional colleagues in this demanding area of legal work.
