My client, a well-respected leader in water compliance services, is seeking a proactive and experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join their team. Based in Milton Keynes, this role will cover the Midlands and South East, offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000. As a Legionella Risk Assessor, your key duties will include:
Conduct Legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidelines. Inspect water systems across commercial and residential properties. Prepare thorough reports with tailored recommendations for compliance and control. Advise clients on water safety measures, remedial actions and best practices. Support clients with training and develop monitoring plans.
To be successful, you will need: A minimum of 12 months Legionella Risk Assessor experience with sound knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance. A confident communicator, comfortable engaging with clients and colleagues. Excellent IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office. City & Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessor qualification (or equivalent). Highly organised, with the ability to manage your workload effectively. A full UK driving license is essential with a flexible approach to travel.
