We have an established Water Hygiene / Legionella Management company who are actively recruiting in the South East region for a qualified and hard working Legionella Risk Assessor. This role would suit someone who has extensive experience carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on a mixed portfolio of sites including Facilities Management, Industrial, Commercial, and Residential sites. You will be joining a successful and continuously expanding company who pride themselves on providing high quality services to their longstanding clients. Company car, above average holiday entitlement and fixed rate of OT are offered by this client.
Experience & Qualifications:
Holding the City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment is essential to the role. Will have hands on experience working as a risk assessor for a reputable Legionella Management company. IT literate, able to produce reports, management plans, and create / amend schematic drawings. Well versed in HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. Able to communicate with colleagues and clients efficiently.
The Role: Working on a mixed portfolio of long-standing client sites, carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on both hot and cold-water systems. Creating site specific schematic drawings, amending when required. Using schematic drawings to carry out risk assessments accurately. Producing detailed legionella reports based on site findings, ensuring to submit to clients in a timely manner. Creating legionella management plans & liaising with clients to ensure they implement the appropriate measures. Working in line with ACoP L8 / HSG 274 guidelines.
