Legionella Risk Assessor Location : Based in and around Lancashire, FY5 2DB Salary : Starting from £27,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) depending on experience. Hours : Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) or part-time (minimum 3 days per week) Benefits : • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays • Van, mobile phone, laptop, and PPE provided • Monthly salary paid on the 15th (consistent amount unless overtime or deductions apply) • Join a small family-run business where you're valued as an individual About Us We are a well-established family-run business with a reputation for professionalism and a personal touch. Our managing director remains hands-on, often conducting risk assessments and monitoring on-site, fostering a close-knit and supportive team environment. The Role We are looking for an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor/Water Hygiene Engineer to join our team. While the primary focus is on Legionella risk assessments, the role will also involve additional water hygiene tasks, providing variety in your day-to-day work. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct Legionella risk assessments independently and efficiently. • Perform water hygiene tasks, including maintenance and compliance checks. • Collaborate with clients across a variety of sites, including schools and care homes. • Early starts may be required to meet clients' schedules (e.g., 6am site visits). Legionella Risk Assessor - What we need from you Key Skills & Experience; • Experience: Demonstrable experience conducting Legionella risk assessments is essential.
