30 hours per week Salary:

£14.20 per hour We’re seeking a passionate, enthusiastic Leisure Activities Supervisor. You’ll work amongst a diverse team at one of Milton Keynes’ most popular family attractions. You will be responsible for recruiting, training and leading the Splash and Park Operations team, ensuring we provide safe, fun and memorable experiences for all our visitors. The post is a fixed term contract until the 30th September 2025 for 30 hours per week. This will involve evening and weekend work, particularly in the season where shift times will vary between 6 am and 10 pm. Requirements

The candidate must possess good attention to detail, and must be able to adapt to a fast paced environment. The candidate must possess a good understanding of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Teams. Ability to lead and advise team members with best practice and industry knowledge. Great communication skills when dealing with team members and the general public. Flexibility with working patterns including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Full UK driving licence. Willingness to develop into additional roles including Duty managing and key holding. Other Information
