Join Domus Letting as a Lettings Administrator

Following a highly successful launch and a period of significant growth, Domus is expanding our team by recruiting a full-time Lettings Administrator. At Domus, we aspire to redefine property management. In collaboration with our sister brand, Corum, we focus on quality, compliance, and exceptional service. Managing a diverse portfolio of high-quality properties, we pride ourselves on ensuring landlords and tenants feel supported and valued. This role is designed to facilitate our continued growth, ensuring seamless operations while upholding the outstanding service standards Domus strives to deliver. The Role

You’ll be the vital link between landlords, tenants, and contractors, taking responsibility for: Building Relationships:

As the first point of contact, you’ll represent Domus in a professional and approachable manner. Tenancy Management:

Draft and manage tenancy agreements and notices and ensure compliance with Scottish regulations. Maintenance Coordination:

Handle repair requests through Fixflo and work closely with contractors to resolve issues. Regulation Compliance:

Keep properties compliant with all legal requirements, from gas safety to electrical inspections. Administrative Organisation:

Maintain property records and support the wider team in delivering seamless service. What You Bring

At least 2 years’ experience in lettings administration or property management. A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. Proficiency with property systems like SME Professional (preferred). A full UK driving licence and access to a car. A qualification in Lettings or Property Management (e.g., LETWELL or Propertymark).
