The Lettings Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support for the lettings process within multiple supported housing settings across three Local Authority areas. This includes managing tenancy sign-ups, monitoring voids, and processing tenancy endings efficiently. The role ensures accurate system updates and compliance with policies and procedures, contributing to the smooth operation of the service. In the role, you will be expected to travel to different projects across Oldham and Rochdale, so access to a vehicle or good public transport is essential. The right fit

You will have proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the housing sector, property, social care or supported housing settings. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads. You must be good at timekeeping, planning workload, record keeping, managing workloads effectively and meeting deadlines. You must also be confident in using IT such as Microsoft. Access to a vehicle or good public transport is essential. Who we are
