Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the lettings team, ensuring that all processes are efficiently managed from initial inquiries to move-ins. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in property management within the fast-growing BTR sector. Key Responsibilities: Assist with managing inquiries from potential residents and arranging property viewings. Support the lettings team in handling applications, referencing, and tenancy agreements. Maintain accurate records of all resident communications and lettings documentation. Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and existing residents. Assist with move-in processes, including coordinating key handovers and ensuring apartments are ready for new tenants. Ensure all properties meet compliance standards and assist with property inspections. Work closely with the property management team to deliver a seamless lettings process. About You: Previous experience in a lettings or property management role is advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role. Knowledge of the Build-to-Rent sector is desirable but not required. Seniority level
