So, what is a typical day in the life of a Lettings Advisor? Grabbing that coffee and sharing updates with your colleagues at a daily morning meeting Talking to Landlords and Tenants about their property requirements and connecting people with the right properties Arranging and attending viewings/open days and providing friendly advice and a welcoming service Identifying new leads and generating new business to improve performance Helping customers reach their goals and getting those offers agreed and accepted Handing over those keys and seeing customers’ eyes light up on their exciting new journey What is in it for you? £21, (Additional guaranteed earnings first 2 months) Work Pattern:

5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off) – Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.30, Saturday 09.00 – 17.00 Additional Benefits:
