The successful Lettings Consultant will ideally be experienced within a current lettings role and have a natural flair and a desire to work with a highly experienced, well-established team.

£24,000 - £28,000 salary dependent on experience Funded team events Support with further qualifications Company events Responsibilities
Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace Dealing with telephone and face-to-face enquiries Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedback Negotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants Handling Property Management and scheduling repairs Carrying out property inspections Ensuring a smooth handover of keys and that tenants are settled Experience Needed
