Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lettings Consultant to oversee the operations of our Staines office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work well as a team. Responsibilities Lead and manage all branch operations to achieve monthly targets and enhance profitability. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve and maintain branch performance and customer satisfaction. Monitor daily activities and provide guidance to team members to optimise productivity. Maintain accurate records of branch performance. Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership role. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results. Relevant qualifications or certifications in management or business administration are advantageous but not mandatory. Job Type:
