A minimum of around 3 years’ experience in the residential lettings sector. A minimum of around 3 years’ experience in a clerical, PA, senior administrative/coordinator role GCSE or higher relevant qualifications in Maths and English High standard of customer care and service provision. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. A high level of written and verbal communication Team player with a proactive, positive, and driven track record. Good IT skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook & Microsoft PowerPoint Candidate should have (desirable):
Experience of using web-based property management software, Horizon, Cube is desirable. A practical approach to problem-solving and an ability to prioritise tasks. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Salary: up to £36,000
