As a Hospital Social Worker, You’ll… Work on our dynamic 7-day rota, you’ll work 1 in 4 weekends—but don’t worry, we’ll plan your shifts at least 3 months in advance, so you can still plan your weekends! As a hospital-based Social Worker, you’ll be more than just a part of the adult social care team—you’ll also be embedded in a close-knit group alongside NHS staff and third-sector professionals.
