We wish to appoint an outstanding and inspirational Teaching Assistant to contribute to our successful and hardworking Key Stage 2 team, providing support for a child who has additional needs. We are seeking to appoint somebody who is energetic, talented and ambitious and who can inspire, challenge, motivate and support the child and colleagues. Contracts are term time only plus inset days, on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave. We can offer you:

Is committed to raising standards for all children. Has a passionate commitment to children's learning, particularly in supporting children with SEND. Will work in collaboration with class teachers and the SENCO to ensure personalised learning and development for children with SEND. Is able to challenge, inspire and motivate children appropriately. Has high expectations of learning, behaviour and care for all children. Has excellent communication skills at all levels and is a team player. Visits to the school are warmly welcomed.
