Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development. Monitor and record children's progress, ensuring all developmental needs are met. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.
Requirements:
Level 2 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (Level 2 can also be considered). Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting. Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
