Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 0-5 years old Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow Provide individualized care and attention to meet the unique needs of each child Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Observe and assess children's development and progress Collaborate with parents and other professionals to support children's learning and development Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and any incidents Skills:
Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create engaging and stimulating learning experiences for young children Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities Minimum Requirements: A relevant qualification in Early Years Education is compulsory.
