Level 2 Nursery Assistant – Join Our Team and Make a Difference! Birmingham £13.45 – £14.20 ph Nursery Assistant Opportunity Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s early years? As a Nursery Assistant, you’ll support young learners as they grow, develop, and thrive in a fun and nurturing environment. This is a rewarding role where every day brings something new. Your Role: Assist in planning and delivering engaging and educational activities. Provide caring and attentive support during daily routines. Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children. Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members. Follow safeguarding procedures and health & safety guidelines. What You Bring: A Level 2 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education. A caring, enthusiastic, and energetic approach to childcare. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
