What are we looking for: St Bartholomew’s CE Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Level 2 (Grade 3) Teaching Assistant, to support our children. The successful candidate will be based at St Pauls Primary School. We are looking for a child-centred practitioner with: proven successful experience of supporting the raising of standards in school wide experience of working with children, including those with special needs and the most able children proven experience of a range of positive behaviour management strategies the ability to support, lead and inspire children high expectations of children and a commitment to raising standards excellent interpersonal skills St Bartholomew’s CE Multi Academy Trust are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people/vulnerable adults and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be subject to necessary pre-employment checks, including: an enhanced DBS, Prohibition List, Barred List, Childcare Disqualification (where applicable); qualifications (where applicable); medical fitness; identity and right to work.
