Provide exceptional care and support to children aged 0-5, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment. Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and educational activities that promote children's development in line with EYFS standards. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff, creating a nurturing and supportive atmosphere. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all. Be a key person for a group of children, offering comfort and reassurance while documenting their progress. What We're Looking For
Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (essential). A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their learning and development. Previous experience in an Early Years setting, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework. Proactive, team-oriented, and caring attitude, with the ability to engage children in creative and educational activities.
