Level 3 Nursery Assistant
Location: Esher Job Type: Term Time Start Date: As soon as possible Working Hours: Shift pattern with earliest start at 7:30 AM and latest finish at 6:00 PM Reed Education are representing a fantastic Primary School, and we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join our term-time nursery, catering to children aged 2–5 years old. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing high-quality care and education, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for all children. Day-to-day of the role:
Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging activities that promote learning and development. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child’s progress. Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. Previous experience working with young children in a nursery setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. Ability to work flexible hours as part of a shift pattern. Benefits:
