Level 3 Nursery Practitioner with Desirable Paediatric First Aid Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Lewes. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and have experience working in a nursery setting. Additionally, desirable qualifications in paediatric first aid are highly valued for this role. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children's learning and development. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Maintain a safe and secure environment, adhering to health & safety regulations and nursery policies. Support children's physical, emotional, and social well-being. Keep accurate records of children's progress and development. Attend to children's personal care needs with sensitivity and respect. Requirements: Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent. Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting. Paediatric First Aid qualification is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development.
