- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children in a safe and stimulating environment.
- Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to plan and lead creative activities that promote child development.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and staff.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in childcare/Early Years Education (Essential)
- Proven experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional childcare.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
