Your new company: We are looking for a qualified nursery practitioner to join us at a nursery in Bootle. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. The nursery is based in Bootle and is looking for someone to work with them on a permanent basis starting as soon as possible. The hours for the role are Monday to Friday with shifts from 9am till 5pm.

Your new role: As a nursery practitioner, you will assist with the day-to-day running of the setting, support the children, and use your initiative to help them succeed. You will need to have prior experience of working in a nursery setting, with sound knowledge of EYFS.

What you'll need to succeed:

It is essential that you have NVQ Level 3 Child Care Qualification. You will need to have worked within a nursery/primary/pre-prep environment in the last 2 years that can provide a reference. You need to have a clean enhanced DBS Check on the update service or, if not, we can run an enhanced DBS check for you. You need to be flexible and have a fun personality that the children will engage with. It is important that you have a good understanding of children's development and their needs, as well as ensure positive management of children's behaviour.
