To be considered for this role, you must have: Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
or a related Level 3 qualification (see accepted qualifications list). Extensive experience working in a
nursery
or
childcare setting . Strong knowledge of
child development theories
and
best practices . Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. First Aid and CPR certification
(preferred but not essential).

for children. Supervise and support staff and apprentices, ensuring compliance with staff ratios and effective team management.
