Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

framework. Observe and assess children's progress, tailoring support to meet individual needs. Maintain a safe, clean, and organised nursery environment. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child’s development. Collaborate with colleagues to support the smooth running of the nursery. Exhibit leadership skills in managing daily routines and fostering a positive atmosphere. Experience & Qualifications Proven experience in a nursery or childcare setting is

essential . A Level 2/3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is

required . Strong communication skills in English for effective interactions with children, parents, and colleagues. Experience in managing groups of children while ensuring their safety and well-being. A passion for childcare, with a creative approach to play-based learning. What We Offer Competitive salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year. Referral programme. Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and development. Schedule Full-time, Monday to Friday.
