Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to children. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a nurturing environment that promotes the development and well-being of young learners. This position requires strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a commitment to early childhood education. Duties Lead daily activities within the nursery, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for all children. Drive the implementation of educational programmes that support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build positive relationships and promote engagement in the nursery community. Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other practitioners to plan and deliver engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs of children. Ensure the nursery is kept clean, organised, and safe at all times. Skills Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports all children's needs. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. A passion for working with young children and fostering their development through play-based learning.
