Level 3 Childcare Practitioners WE NEED YOU!
Would you like a job where you get paid to play games, have daily adventures in the garden, and just have fun? If you can sing badly, act appallingly, eat endless mud pies, and drink poorly made cups of tea, we would love to hear from you.
We want the children's day to be filled with fun activities and laughter. We believe the only way to achieve this is for our staff to be doing the same. One minute you will be having messy play indoors, possibly a game of sleeping lions, and then you could be outside in the garden on a minibeast discovery.
The Requirements:
Hold a recognised level 3 early years qualification. Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team. Possess the passion to have a positive impact within the classroom.
Key Accountabilities: To undertake the planning and the provision of a stimulating range of age-appropriate, challenging activities and ensuring the room is well resourced and creatively set up. To take on the responsibility of Key Person for a small group of children. To provide a nurturing environment for children to flourish and learn. To observe and assess the children's learning and development ensuring records are kept up to date, are accurate, and of a high standard.
