As a Level 3 Qualified Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the development and well-being of children aged 0-5 years. Your responsibilities may include: Creating engaging and stimulating learning environments Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Observing and assessing children's progress Ensuring the health and safety of all children in your care Requirements: Level 3 Early Years Qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Genuine passion for working with children Ability to work effectively as part of a team How to Apply: If you're ready to embark on a rewarding career journey and make a difference in the lives of young learners, we want to hear from you!
