About Us:

With an influx of Early Years pupils, a popular and thriving primary school in Bromley is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team for an ASAP start. The school is committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for their new cohort of children, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about EYFS.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the classroom teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum. Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents. Provide one-on-one support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when required. Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development. Requirements:

Qualifications:

CACHE Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent.

Experience:

Previous experience working within the EYFS framework.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation.

Desirable:

Experience working with children with SEN within an EYFS setting.
