The Cross-Company Research team provides a comprehensive understanding of The Walt Disney Company’s Audiences, Brands and Franchises across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) to identify opportunities for growth. The Apprentice role is to support the Research Manager in the development, delivery and analysis of regional quantitative and qualitative research projects. To assist in survey set-up, collating feedback from multiple markets, building reports and helping share important insights back to the business. Responsibilities Support Research Manager to generate insights across all key European markets Use trending and historical engagement / purchasing data to help indicate future performance and inform strategies to optimise engagement / purchasing Use existing consumer insight reports provided by other research teams to pull out quantitative and qualitative audience behaviour that can be used to help the team inform and identify opportunities Keep up to date with the competitive environment and market intelligence, particularly in areas that impact the family, general entertainment and retail landscape Help the Research team respond to requests for insight Create presentations in an impactful way to ensure delivery of key insight messages Build networks and connections with other research teams, interns and apprentices to strengthen understanding of key business issues Support the team on any primary research (qualitative or quantitative) Eligibility Must have achieved / be on target to achieve two C’s or above at A Levels/BTEC Must have achieved 5 grades 4 - 9 at GCSE (C or above) including Maths and English Must have the right to work in the UK already in place Available to start the Apprenticeship in September 2025 About You This is an Apprenticeship, so we are looking for potential and we do not expect you to have all the skills and knowledge related to the role. We want to see your enthusiasm, eagerness to learn on the job and commitment to your apprenticeship studies. The ideal candidate will have: A passion for understanding people A collaborative approach Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Analytically minded – confident and comfortable with numbers In addition to this, we will be looking for competency in the following areas: Builds Relationship & Communicates Effectively Drives Results Thinks Strategically Inspires Creativity & Innovation Exhibits Professional Excellence Why should you join us?
