is looking for a skilled and dedicated specialist to join our dynamic team, supporting students in schools to reach their full potential. What You’ll Do:
Conduct specialist dyslexia assessments and interventions Deliver 1:1 and small-group evidence-based support Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to implement tailored strategies Provide staff training on dyslexia-friendly approaches Contribute to EHCP applications and exam access arrangements What We’re Looking For:
Level 7 qualification in Dyslexia/SpLD assessment & intervention Experience working in schools and supporting children with literacy difficulties Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for inclusive education and making learning accessible Why Join Words First?
