London – £160,000 - £180,000 Our client is seeking a dynamic Leveraged Finance Associate with at least 3 Years PQE to join its distinguished Finance & Capital Markets group, which has a global footprint across Europe, the United States, and Asia. The firm is looking for exceptional sponsor-side leveraged finance associates for its London-based office.
As a Sponsor-Side Leveraged Finance Lawyer, your role involves structuring and negotiating various leveraged finance transactions, focusing on acquisitions, recapitalizations, refinancings, and restructurings. In this dynamic position, you'll build collaborative partnerships with notable financial sponsors. Taking the lead in financing for high-profile acquisitions and investments, you'll demonstrate your expertise in navigating complex legal landscapes.
What the firm is looking for:
3-6 Years PQE in a national/global firm specializing in sponsor-side Leveraged Finance transactions. (Candidates with 7+ years are encouraged to apply, as this role will require high degrees of responsibility.)
