My client is a top tier multinational law firm with multiple offices in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. They are looking to add a leveraged/acquisition finance lawyer at the senior level to their highly ranked practice. They are looking for someone with upwards of 8PQE. You will be working with an array of sponsors, financial institutions, private credit funds, and borrowers on a variety of mid-market leveraged finance transactions. Candidates with predominantly lender experience will be English or common law qualified, and whilst being a leveraged/acquisition finance specialist post qualification is preferred, candidates with broad banking & finance experience with strong exposure to leveraged finance transactions will also be considered. Prospective candidates will not only be expected to draft and negotiate various security, facilities agreements, and intercreditor documents but are also expected to be confident in working directly with clients (existing and new), supervising juniors, and managing transactions.
