Our client, a prestigious international City law firm has a fantastic opportunity for a Leveraged Finance Solicitor to join their renowned Banking & Finance practice on a 12-18 month fixed-term contract.

The Role:
As part of the firm’s highly regarded Banking & Finance team, you will:
Draft, review, and negotiate leveraged finance documentation.
Provide expert advice on high-profile, cross-border matters.
Work closely with internal and external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
Collaborate within a close-knit team, sharing knowledge and expertise.
Support client secondments and actively engage with a diverse client base.
Ideal Candidate:
A qualified solicitor in England & Wales, with ideally 4+ PQE in a relevant background.
Strong experience in leveraged finance from a highly ranked team or practice.
Exceptional drafting and communication skills, with a commercial and pragmatic approach.
A proactive self-starter, eager to work on challenging matters and develop new business.
Comfortable working effectively within a collaborative team.
Experience advising on cross-border matters is advantageous.
Excellent academics.
