LGV / HGV Mechanic (Mon-Fri Days)

£15.92 p/h - 37 hrs per week + Over time + holidays + Excellent benefits
Are you a Level 2 Mechanic (or above) looking for a secure, long term, days based role where you will be working for the local Council in a workshop environment and have an excellent work life balance?
You will be working for Derbyshire County Council, in a workshop at one of the following locations: Derby, Belper & Chesterfield, whichever is closest to you as we have multiple roles available as Vehicle Mechanics, carrying out inspections, testing and service and maintenance work to a range of LGV, HGV and fleet vehicles.
This is a great role for a Vehicle Mechanic who is looking for their next long term engagement, with a great work life balance where you will be working for the local council in the Derbyshire area.
The Role: Vehicle Mechanic role, Workshop based (fixed location) Mon - Fri Days 37 hours per week £15.92 p/h - 37 hrs per week + Over time + holidays & excellent benefits
The Person: Level 2 Vehicle Mechanic (or above) Previous experience on LGV, PSV or HGV, Fleet MOT tester experience beneficial UK Driving Licence, HGV licence beneficial *** Due to the nature of this position, successful candidates are subject to a DBS check
