Reporting directly to the Library Development Manager, the Libraries and Heritage Service Support Officer (Wandsworth) is responsible for supporting the operational monitoring of the libraries contract, currently with Greenwich Leisure Limited. This is a large multi-million-pound contract, to operate eleven public libraries on behalf of the London Borough of Wandsworth. In addition, you will provide effective, efficient, comprehensive, and wide-ranging assistance, financial and administrative support to the Libraries Management team. About you As a Service Support Officer, you will: Support contract monitoring

– arranging and attending meetings, preparing briefing packs. Support with communications

for library and heritage service in the borough. Have entry-level finance administration , e.g. chasing of invoices (Training can be provided). Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience IT

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Sharepoint. Public sector

- Proven experience of administrative support in a public sector environment. Communication

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a variety of stakeholders. Meticulousness
