*NEW ROLE* Licenced Conveyancer / Fee Earner | Hybrid | Manchester | 58325 Due to expansion, my client, a respectable law firm based in Manchester, is looking for a Residential Conveyancer / Fee Earner to join their successful Property team. In this role, you will manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold properties (including leasehold flats), registered and unregistered properties. Some experience dealing with tenancies and repossession proceedings, as well as the ability to handle general property queries (e.g., boundary disputes, issues with neighbours), would be useful. The successful candidate will have successfully completed either a law degree, the PGDL, or ILEX legal qualifications including land/property law, or alternatively, have been running a caseload independently for at least 1 year and want a career in property. Salary: Circa £30k DOE.
