Licensed Aircraft Engineer
Licensed Aircraft Engineer focuses on carrying out maintenance and inspection of aircraft as defined in the company’s moe and published procedures.
What the role involves
- Carrying out maintenance and inspection of aircraft as defined in the Company’s MOE and published procedures.
- Leading a team of Technicians and Mechanics in all aspects of Base Maintenance checks.
- Ensuring correct completion of paperwork and forms as required in the Company MOE or published procedures.
- Keeping the Bay Manager and Production Planners informed of the maintenance requirements and any potential or actual issues.
- Ensuring all maintenance documentation is fully completed in a timely manner, including that of the personnel allocated to assist in the task.
Skills and requirements
- Demonstrates a broad skillset in aircraft systems including component replacement, modification embodiment and strong fault-finding skills.
- UK CAA AML or EASA AML issued pre 31/12/20 or.
- Type Rating & Recency for any Boeing or Airbus family aircraft, preferably: - Boeing 737CL.
