Position Responsibilities: Leadership and assistance in the design and management of a variety of project types with a focus on higher education projects. Develop projects from concept through construction administration. Willingness to both lead and assist on project teams. Manage and mentor staff. Communicate with and manage clients. Coordinate with a variety of design and engineering consultants. Review and apply building codes. Capable of working on multiple projects at a given time. Position Requirements Skills Required: Revit proficiency. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Lumion or other rendering software is a plus. Educational / Experience Requirement: Qualified applicants should be licensed with 7+ years of experience working in an architectural design firm. Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 – $120,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications and skill level.
