Position Overview:
In this position, you’ll provide essential therapeutic services to clients facing various mental health issues. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions. Working alongside interdisciplinary teams, you’ll ensure comprehensive care for your clients.
Salary:
$110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals and groups Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare providers to support overall wellness Advocate for clients to access necessary community resources Document client interactions and treatment progress in electronic health records Engage in ongoing training and team discussions to enhance your skills QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree
in Social Work from an accredited institution. Current licensure as
LCSW
in the state. Must have experience working with older adults. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
