We are seeking a personable individual to work with clients as a Showing Agent. We're a vibrant Real Estate team in need of field service and Showing Agents to assist our busy team of buyer agents.
If you have an ambitious and positive personality and are responsible and professional, we’re interested in speaking with you. Help us show homes and get paid by the hour with a bonus commission when clients close!
The commission is 0.1% of the sale price of the home

Responsibilities Available/Responsive to requests for showings Show homes in the Twin Cities Area Push listings to Buyers from the office/your home when applicable Follow the Showing Agent process with the Sales Agent and Showing Team Available to hold open houses as needed Additional administrative tasks for the team as needed Measurables: Sell 1 home per week as a showing agent Schedule available for 2-3 showings/week minimum Qualifications Valid MN driver’s license, reliable car, proof of insurance Professional in attitude and appearance Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes Able to communicate with clients and provide top-notch service to them Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car Compensation $20 hourly + Commission
