Be a natural leader, developing, nurturing and inspiring your team in accordance with our Leadership & Company Principles. Confidently create an environment where every colleague can achieve their best work. Be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations and performance of your store’s KPIs. Optimise processes and solving problems to keep your store running like clockwork and your team focused on their tasks. Make sure that excellent Customer Service is given to everyone who shops with us. What you'll need:

Experience leading and developing a team in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills. A pride in offering unmatched support to your customers and your team through every shift. Strong communication skills to tackle even the trickiest conversations. The confidence to monitor, manage and improve your store’s key performance indicators. What you'll receive:
